Wind Down Together

A cozy evening of simple massage, mindful touch and quality time with someone you love.

November 12th ● 6:30 to 9:30 pm GMT ● online

Most evenings, we come home, make dinner, watch something on Netflix and spend some time together. And honestly, that's lovely.

But sometimes, it's nice to do something a little different.

To slow down, put our phones away and really make time for each other. To explore something new, share a little laughter and enjoy the simple pleasure of giving and receiving.

And sometimes, when someone we love has had a rough day, we want to be there for them but don't quite know what would help. A hug? A little space? Some comforting touch?

Wind Down Together is a cozy online workshop for partners, lovers and friends who want to spend intentional time together.

We'll explore simple massage techniques, mindful touch and playful body-based practices that help you connect, unwind and feel good together.

No experience needed. Just bring someone you'd love to share this evening with.

Learn how to

01

help someone you care about unwind after a stressful day

02

Not guess, but know what touch to offer.

03

Give support that actually feels good.

04

Receive without having to perform or give something back

05

Create moments of closeness when talking feels like too much

06

shift from doing and functioning apart into resting and being together

These are simple practices you can return to on ordinary days.

After work. Before bed. After a stressful conversation. When someone feels overwhelmed.

Or simply when you want to spend intentional time together.

What to expect

Think of it as a little date night at home.

Over the course of three hours, we'll guide you through simple massage techniques, mindful touch and playful exercises that you can explore together.

You'll take turns giving and receiving, discover what feels good for each of you and learn how to communicate your preferences along the way.

There will be time to practice, ask questions, laugh, experiment and simply enjoy being together.

And the best part? You can take what you've learned into your everyday life.

No fancy equipment. No previous experience. Just the two of you, some comfortable clothes and a little curiosity.

Most of us already know that relationships need attention.

We know we should listen, support each other, spend quality time and respect boundaries.

But very few of us have ever been shown how to do that through the body. That’s what we practice here. We won’t just tell you to support each other. We’ll show you ways to do it.

And while you practice, you may notice that you’re also learning about receiving, asking, boundaries, attention, touch and connection. That’s the deeper layer of our work. You don’t need to know any of those words beforehand. You can simply come and try it out.

This is for you, if:

You'd love to spend an evening together doing something a little different.

You want to learn simple massage techniques you can actually use at home.

You'd love to surprise someone you care about with a thoughtful experience.

You want to be more authentic in connection.

About us

Tal works with bodies through touch, movement, and presence.

Massage and somatic coaching, grounded in years of working closely with people in demanding circumstances.

He doesn’t fix. He listens, with his hands and his full attention.

Sessions create space for the nervous system to settle, for awareness to return to where it lives.

Loredana is a somatic therapist and bodyworker, passionate about supporting people in reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies.

Somatic therapy and bodywork have profoundly shaped her own life, helping her meet challenges with more joy, resilience, and trust. Things she had understood intellectually for years only began to truly transform when she started including the body in the process.

We don’t think bodywork belongs only in therapy rooms, studios or retreats. It belongs in everyday life. In relationships, friendships, on the sofa. To help you and your loved ones wind down after a long day.
