About me

I’m Loredana — a trauma-informed, body-oriented practitioner, body therapist, bodyworker, and yoga teacher. I believe that integration, change, and transformation are possible through mindful, body-based approaches when they are offered with care and sensitivity.

At the same time, honesty matters to me: there are no quick fixes, even if the internet often promises otherwise. Yet through working with the body and the nervous system, you can become more resilient in the long term than you may have ever imagined.

My clients share one thing in common: they long for change and feel a certain level of inner distress. They have already tried many things and understood a lot on a cognitive level. And yet, there is still this diffuse inner restlessness — worries, fears, and little trust in their own sense of agency.

The people I work with are searching. They read books, listen to podcasts, scroll through Instagram — but true, lasting change doesn’t seem to arrive.

I once felt that same deep longing for more inner calm and self-confidence. At some point, I came to understand — and learned through many trainings — that some methods simply didn’t work for me because they didn’t meet my nervous system where it was.

Those who carry a lot of tension, who are neurodivergent or highly sensitive, or who hold unprocessed trauma, need approaches that are thoughtfully adapted to them.

Somatic Therapy

Have you already been in therapy but feel like you’ve reached a plateau?
If you’ve talked a lot about your struggles, understood many things on a cognitive level, yet lasting change still hasn’t happened, it may be time to include your body in the process.

Yoga, Retreats & Bodywork

In retreats and one-on-one sessions, I offer yoga classes as well as bodywork in the form of Thai yoga massage and Reiki.

My husband and I founded the project Nourish and Connect. Together, we host retreats and truly love creating these spaces. We are also available to support your event upon request.

Pricing

I offer sliding scale pricing to make my work as accessible and inclusive as possible. This means you can place yourself within a given price range, based on your own honest assessment.

A reduced rate may be appropriate if you:

  • are in training or still studying and have a lower income

  • are a single parent

  • experience or have experienced discrimination

  • have medical expenses that you need to cover privately

  • receive social welfare benefits

The sliding scale fee for an individual session ranges between €60 and €120.
